~ Internal Trades ~

Step 1: Check out the list of Current Trade Requests below. If you find a request that you are interested in fulfilling, simply contact the owner. You will need to complete an Internal Trade Confirmation Form (*PDF Format), please follow the special instructions. As noted on the form's instructions, both owners will need to sign this form in recognition of the trade and return it to Indian Peaks before the trade can be final.

Step 2: If you do not find a trade for the week you desire and you are interested in posting a request, simply complete the Trade Request Form. Please be sure that you provide accurate ownership information. Click here to see a calendar for date verification. All properties are Friday to Friday and 2 or 3 bedroom.

Step 3: If you are contacted by another owner and are able to make your desired trade, complete an Internal Trade Confirmation Form (*PDF Format), and follow the special instructions. *** Please note that both accounts must be current in order to make a trade.

Step 4: If you have a successful trade, please send email to jdevos@indianpeaks.org OR tbleier@indianpeaks.org to have your request removed.

In-house trades are currently free through the internet as a service to owners.
